First report of Tomato spotted wilt virus on gloxinia in Bosnia and Herzegovina
Plant Disease 97 (3), 429-429
Abstract: During 2012, greenhouse gloxinia plants (Sinningia speciosa) grown in Bosnia and Herzegovina were observed with symptoms of chlorotic ring spots and chlorotic and necrotic patterns followed by necrosis and distortion of leaves. The presence of Tomato spotted wilt virus was demonstrated in the symptomatic plants using specific antisera, PCR analysis and nucleotide sequencing.
